If this is your first time adding a bank account, you can tap the "Add Bank Account" button at the bottom of the home screen. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Bank Account screen by opening the menu and tapping "Bank Account." Enter your routing and bank account number in the specified fields. You can find your routing and account numbers on a personal check from your bank. Tap the information buttons on the Bank Account screen to find the correct numbers on your check.

Once you add a bank account, we will send you two micro-deposits and ask you to verify your account. See the Verifying Your Bank Account section below for more information.

In order to add funds to Evergreen Pay, you will need to verify your bank account. When you add a bank account to Evergreen Pay, we will send two micro-deposits to your bank account to verify ownership. The two micro-deposits will be less than $1 each.

You'll see these deposits in your bank account within 1-3 business days as separate items on your bank statement. Once you do, you can log into the Evergreen Pay app to verify your bank account. Open the menu and tap Bank Account > Verify Bank Account to complete the process.

If you don't see the amount after 3 business days, it's possible your bank account information may have been entered incorrectly. Please see the Invalid Bank Account section below for next steps.

If your bank account is labeled "Invalid" on the bank account page or you don't see the micro-deposits after 3 business days, we weren't able to complete the micro-transfers to your account. We will send you an email to notify you if this happens. The transfers most likely failed due to an incorrect routing or bank account number. Please remove the bank account you added and re-enter your bank account information on the Bank Account screen, and we will initiate new verification transfers. Please reference the Removing or Changing Your Bank Account section below for instructions.

To remove or change your bank account, log into the app and navigate to the Bank Account settings page. Tap on the listed bank account and select "Remove."
